REIKI ~ UNIVERSAL LIFE FORCE ~                                                                          

        Reiki is a healing technique 
          originally developed by Tibetan
​          Buddhism and perfected in the
          early 1920s by Japanese Buddhist
​          Mikao Usui. It is based on the 
          principle that the Reiki practitioner 
          can move life-force energy through
          a person by means of touch or no
          touch in order to activate the natural
          healing processes of that person's
          body and restore physical, mental
          and spiritual wellbeing. Reiki works for 
          everyone regardless of belief systems. 
          It helps greatly to have an open heart and
          mind while receiving Reiki.
